GPredict, by default, uses Celestrak keps. Since AO-85 was launched as a secondary payload on a classified mission, only AMSAT is permitted to receive and re-distribute the keps for the satellite. You will have to use AMSAT’s keps if you want to track AO-85 in GPredict (of any tracking program for that matter).
