Ken,
I had a listen yesterday but heard nothing, will listen this afternoon. Just had a magnificent pass on FO-29 with seven stations contacted. The whole station worked like a charm, next pass in an hour or so covers quite a bit of the east coast USA.
Using: RX: Airspy Mini, TX: TS-2000, Innov Yagis for 2m / 70cms, AlfaSPID, Own software
No fading on the satellite at all, was a stonking signal from AOS to LOS.
See you Sunday...

Hi all, Pleased to report that I heard the beacon ( 145.980 mhz ) on Alsat -1n - Pratham on this mornings pass here in Wales - UK The pass was at 0945 GMT and being at a reasonable height easy to monitor. I used the keps that were originally posted and my equipment my usual Kenwood TS 2000 and tracking with the "ELK " antenna. If I get a chance I will listen again on the next pass and perhaps get a recording - I wonder how the data downlink was performing if switched on whilst over France.? Congratulations to the team and also of course to "ISRO" for the success on the launch. Ken Eaton GW1FKY _______________________________________________ Sent via AMSAT-BB@amsat.org.
