[AMSAT-BB] PSAT2 APRS-to-Voice (A2V)

I have my I gate up this eve and picked up several digipeats’s from stations using PSAT2 & PSAT… none made it into the aprs system… I have noticed also when my gate is off most of the stations don’t make it then also…

I think I’m the only one using A2V because the only bulletins are TX’d shortly after I use it then it goes back to sleep until the next time I use it….
