I have the article and it seems that it only provides details and specs on a 2M version. Did I miss something or is there anotehr place to get specs for 70 cM?

The latest 70 cm version of this antenna can be found in the Proceedings of the 2007 AMSAT-North America Space Symposium and Annusl Meeting. The original 70 cm version was in the 2006 Proceedings. I believe the new version has also been published in the AMSAT Journal, but I can't remember the issue.
