APRS Satellites have such a capability, I remember succeeding sending a email to myself using UISS thru ISS APRS. For this to work SatGats are needed.

In the past there used to be ground stations acting as a satellite gateway to the store-and-forward birds. I am having some difficulty find which birds are still active that can serve this function. Could somebody point me to the latest information on this? Thanks anyway.
