[amsat-bb] Any way I can get AOS.EXE to run on Win7 64-bit?

I really like the simplicity of this program... it does what I want.

I am relatively new to both Win 7 and 64-bit; is there a simple way to get it running in this OS? A compatibility mode, or some sort of emulator/wrapper?
