Naw, not really.
Kinda looked like somebody a few blocks away lit off a firework. If you didn't know what it was, you wouldn't have looked twice at it.
Now a NIGHT LAUNCH from VAFB is really something to see!

That must have been an impressive sight.
Just after ignition, I thought the liftoff was rather slow but the rocket certainly sped up after it cleared the tower. Until that happened, I thought that it wasn't going to fly at all or come crashing down onto the pad.
