[amsat-bb] IC-821H and preamps

Does anyone know if when you have the preamp button set, and it sends +12 vdc up the antenna jacks, is the voltage dropped when you key up on one of the antenna ports (ie, preamp on, + 12vdc is sent to both 144/430 and you key up on 430, is the voltage dropped on the 430 side?)

Getting back on the birds, and getting used to the 821,
