[amsat-bb] AO-73/FUNcube mode switch

Hi Folks,

I switched AO-73/FUNCube to continuous transponder mode last night at about 2300 UTC. Apols for the late notification

Plan as usual is to switch back to Education Mode on Sunday pm UTC.
