[amsat-bb] heard with fo-29 this am

Hi all! I heard another tlm beacon this am with fo-29. It was just lower in freq and much slower. did not get a recording. Definitly had doppler. Any ideas? How do I go about finding out? Thanks, Norm n3ykf
