No the signal from the balloon is plain old CW.

PBH-18 temporarily lost GPS lock resulting in a change in the status timing.
Currently 30m is at 00, 20 and 40 and
40m should be 10, 30, 50
Even though that was 20 hours ago, they haven't updated it since.
