[amsat-bb] AO-91 flipped to Safe Mode for the third night

Dear all,

For the third evening, AO-91 satellite flipped to Safe Mode during the 10 PM (15 UTC) pass over Indonesia, before reaching TCA.

Reading the telemetry, battery voltages are ok. Anything else that tripped the sat into Safe Mode?
