The owner/operator has stated on this mail list that those two birds cannot be activated for technical reasons. While I'm at it, maybe to also add some validation to prevent submissions with times set in future, as this seems to be one very common issue. Remembering a station's call sign and grid would also go a long way to making reporting simpler.
