I was able to get a signal through DO-64 on the recent 16:04 UTC pass @ 28 degrees.   My downlink signal was not strong but good enough for a quick CW QSO. The beacon was very loud. I did hear W4MVB on SSB. As usual, the downlink signal gets weak on the second half of the pass.   Mike Williams K9QHO
