[amsat-bb] Best APRS software for Windows (and Pi and Android)?

Hello everyone,

I'm seeking suggestions for good APRS client software packages for Windows? There are a number of ancient packages out there but it would be nice to find one that's thoroughly modern and still being maintained.

I'm also looking for an APRS client for the Raspberry Pi and maybe Android down the road.

What's your favourite?
