I wonder if it is "bounceable" to enable making contacts off it as is :-)

IF THE PAYLOAD TRAIN is captured then, being an engineer and high-altitude balloon experimenter myself, i would volunteer to analyze it with a couple of my AMSAT & ARHAB buddies.  

It looks like a ULDB balloon type, so toss in another buddy from the NASA Wallops Flight Facility too.  

Thoughts?
