Jake,
The general consensus seems to be that the 'gold standard' is SatPC32. You can buy it from the AMSAT Store.
Ham Radio Deluxe has a Satellite program, but the Sat portion is known to have issues.

Good afternoon everyone,
My name is Jacob Tennant WF8S and I am just getting started in Amateur Satellites and was wondering about what all software folks were using for radio control to adapt for the doppler shift changes and tuning differences (inverted tuning)? My main station computer is a Mac but I also have a Windows laptop available.
I had been looking at MacDoppler. . .
Currently I only have a Yaesu FT85D for satellite use but that will improve over time.
