Keeping CAPS lock on is normally regarded as bad netiquette, but when you wish to notify people about an IMPORTANT event as in this case the AMSAT shop server going down the the use of CAPS for the message is acceptable. After all with all the crud that appears on the mailing list it did attract your attention didn't it?
