During the 89 degrees pass the signal was stronger.
Using RHCP 2x8 elements, no pre-amp, I heared many packets, but could decode all of them ... yes I do need a pre-amp :-)

During the 15 degrees pass this evening I did hear the FM packets, in the noise, but they were there !
Hopefully during the next pass signal is stronger and I may be able to decode them.
