[amsat-bb] VE/OSC on SO-50

Could be someone can give me an e-mail address to reach VE3OSC station manager in Toronto i hear them calling CQ the whole pass on SO-50 January 5 1322 EDT but they seems to barely hear me when i was receiving the downlink solid Q5 20 db over S9.
