I tried a few hours ago when it came over eastern usa, only an 34 elevation pass for me though.
Got the same results.
Quoting "Henk, PA3GUO" hamoen@iae.nl:
All,
During the entire pass (max 72 degrees elevation) I have submitted the commands (mostly only the first one, a few times all four of them shortly after eachother).
However, I have not heared a single tone on the downlink so we must assume this attempt failed.

Mike & rest of the COMPASS team,
I have set-up my station for COMPASS up/downlink. 20:15UTC pass over Europe I will try to upload the commands.
Others: please monitor the downlink (437.275 / CW).

Please give me a phone call, Mike has my phone number in his inbox
