Hi Sreem,
DO-64 can be difficult to sync without some sort of tuning aid. The signal has two strong components equally spaced about the centre frequency and these can easily confuse Rascal. If you display the signal on any program that has a "Waterfall" display (e.g. "Spectran", "Ham Radio Delux" etc. you can then tune your receiver so that the centre component is exactly on 1600Hz and then Rascal should decode OK. I can send you a picture of the way the signal looks on a display if that would help. Good luck.

We heard DO-64 today but were unable to decode the telemetry downlink signal as it did not sync with the RASCAL software. Can anyone please advice. 73, Shida (9W2YMY) & Sreem (9W2VSK)
