[amsat-bb] SSB Birds

Will anyone give me some help on operating, I was copying people on AO-7 and VO-52 tonight but was not able to get in... I am not sure I am operating the freqs right, I got the LSB up USB down part. How do you match the up and down? Maybe the radio is not good enough...
