I just tried to resubscribe and it tells me I’m already subscribed but it won’t let me log in. I’d say this is screwed up!

Ok, somebody tell me how to get in and make changes to my subscription. I got in but when it asked for my email address and password it didn’t recognize either of my email addresses.
