[amsat-bb] FUNcube Data Uploads

Hi,

It appears that the server is now processing all data uploaded to it.

It rejects:

Data that is more than two days older than the current time point Data from mis-configured Dashboards Attempts to upload duplicates

We changed the way that data is stored in a queue prior to processing.

Please let me know if you see any more anomalies.
