[AMSAT-BB] Spot the Station renewal stuck?

Hi folks,

i got a yearly renewal notice for NASA's "Spot the Station" alert system, and filled out the form.  Hitting submit I should have received an 8-digit confirmation code, but it never arrived.  Tried it again a few days later.  No joy.  I suspect something's stuck on their end.

Any ideas who to contact?
