[amsat-bb] AO-85 Update

At the 21:57 UTC U.S. pass of AO-85 tonight October 23 we will conduct a test with the transponder. Please do not uplink during that pass over the U.S. We encourage you to copy telemetry with FoxTelem during this pass and have it sent to the server, to aid in analyzing the test results. Thanks!
