[amsat-bb] sat for emergencies

Actually the net control station would only have to confirm each station calling.Station info passed when calling and net control confirms station info . Much more organized than 50 operators calling 50 other operators. Checking into a net is very organized . I can't see where it would be a waste of time. Guess I'm dense.
