[amsat-bb] K4T operation

Hi,

If you need Dry Tortugas, give them a try, almost any satellite and pass. They are on the air with a first rate satellite station. An earlier problem with the 70 cm downlink is fixed. So far everybody seems to be playing nice by being patient.
