ISS is passing by FN10, Lancaster Pennsylvania, USA now (15:28 UTC). It had a 3 min, 60 dB over 9 quiet carrier with no audio on 148.800 MHz. No SSTV signal. Something keyed the transmitter but no audio.

The PD180 SSTV transmissions from the International Space Station on 145.800 MHz FM should take place during the 1100-1300 GMT orbit on Wednesday, August 27, see http://amsat-uk.org/2014/08/23/iss-sstv-august-27/
When the ISS is in range of London you should also be able to receive the transmissions online using the SUWS WebSDR, further details at http://amsat-uk.org/2014/08/15/suws-websdr-moves-to-new-site/
