Cellular networks should be on licensed frequencies and wifi/bluetooth should be on UNlicensed frequencies. Therefore, the two services shouldn't interfere with each other, since they aren't actually on the same frequencies. Of course, if someone has been tinkering with their wifi or bluetooth hardware, then all bets are off.

Possibly your computer/tablet is using WiFi, and a cell phone in the house is "competing" with it ...
