That sounds like normal groups.io bounce handling techniques.
It's good practice to never click on links in emails unless you're absolutely certain they're legitimate (and even then...). But you do probably want to login to groups.io (manually entering groups.io into your browser, etc.). Once logged in, if the email is real, you should see some notification from groups.io about the bounced messages, and instructions on how to resolve.

I've received a suspicious email from groups.io that they're not sending me emails, because my email account is bouncing.
Yet, when I send to myself @amsat.org, it comes through fine.
Anybody else seeing anything like this?
