[amsat-bb] sucess on ao-51 L/U

Thanks to WA6FWF for talking me through a qso on ao51. Not using computer control is a very touchy effort with the doppler up on 1.2Ghz. At least now I sort of got the hang of it. 73 Bob W7LRD
