[amsat-bb] A BIG thank you to Kevin, WA7WF

A BIG shout out and thank you to Kevin, WA7WF for the tremendous help in resolving my LVB tracker to rotor control problem so I could get back on the birds after a long absence. Kevin has spent two weeks, over a dozen email exchanges and even sent me a preprogrammed PIC with the latest FW to help me solve the issue (which turned out to be an RS232 ground loop). Elmering at it’s best! Thank you again Kevin.
