Isn't this the same technology that ThinKom uses on their VICTER antennas

they have one platter that changes azimuth, another for elevation and another for changing between LHCP and RHCP. It seems like they're only really good for X-band to E-band just reading their brochures about their individual antennas and phased arrays for their gateway antennas.
