I found the SSB/CW receive to be pretty much of a gimmick. It seems pretty deaf on those modes. And it isn't just the antenna. I hooked it up to a quarterwave 6 meter antenna during a good band opening, and it could only hear the S9 plus signals.

If your licence hold 220 Mhz. add TH-F6A to your list. TH-F6A can receive CW,SSB,AM from LF through 70cm.Band . I am not sure in 9600bps usage ,but have 9600 bps in MENU.
Defect : not support full-duplex (sometime require in satellite communication)
