With the windows task manager make sure you have got serversdx running as a hantom process, this will happen sometimes if SATPC32 has terminated abnormally. You can kill it with task manager, or just reboot your machine.
As suggested in prior email, testing port with a program like hyperlink is a good idea also.

Hi folks, i reloaded my Satpc32 program and did all the setup for radio and rotor etc( I use LVB tracker). Now when I start the satellite program I get a message saying “could not open Port 3) I checked the port and it says device working properly. Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?.
