For those that may not be aware, EmComm is a contraction of the two words Emergency Communications, and as such is properly expressed as I have here. It is not an acronym, so expressing it as one (EMCOMM) can lead to one wondering what it expands to.

Presented for clarification only, since accurate communication is a fundamental element of most aspects of our hobby.
