The Icom IC-9100 and Kenwood TS-2000 are both current production radios that do full-duplex for satellite operation.
Two FT-817s will work fine with SatPC32, but be aware that the Yaesu CAT protocol doesn't allow frequency updates while you're transmitting, so be sure to unkey every sentence or so if you're in a ragchew to allow the frequency to update.
