The quick answer is that unfortunately, the Kenwood TS-2000 doesn't have the ability to send 12 volts to external amplifiers via the coax line; if that is what you are asking.

I suspect the Kenwood may not be rated for that current and either an external DC injector is needed to put DC on the coax or other wiring direct to the ARR is needed.
A sequencer could be used to source the current and under MIC PTT control would properly turn it off during TX.
