There probably are such instructions, but all I did was to put the TLE in a file in the same directory as the rest of the keps. Look under the "Satellites" menu and see "Path:" It is something like username/AppData/Roaming/SatPC32/Kepler. The go to that same menu and dialog box (you may have to restart SatPC32), select the file you just put there, and then select Fox-1D (the only sat in that file).
Unfortunately, that wipes out the sats that you had chosen from a previous file. You might also edit the previous file you were using (like nasa.all) and add Fox-1D to the end. Just don't update it until you hear that the Fox-1D, perhaps with a new name, is there. BTW, when 1D is open to the public, you will also want to edit subtone.sql and add the 67Hz tone there.

Are there any instructions posted anywhere for manually adding Fox 1-D to SatPC32?
Thanks, Dave, W9DWJ

I have just discovered that individual files are still accessible on the AMSAT website. The Getting Ready for Fox-1D PDF is available at https://www.amsat.org/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/ 2018/01/Getting-Ready-for-Fox-1D.pdf
Please note that the TLEs in that document are now outdated, please use the TLEs in the previous post.

Good afternoon,
Fox-1D launches in less than 10 hours! ISRO reports that fourth stage fueling is complete, second stage fueling is underway, and the countdown is proceeding nominally. Updated preliminary TLEs for Fox-1D are:
Fox-1D 1 99934U 1801D 18012.18138657 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 19 2 99934 97.5671 73.8300 0006273 277.3678 311.7572 15.21737581 17
Unfortunately the AMSAT website is currently down. We hope it will be working in time to provide launch coverage, but if not, please follow the AMSAT Twitter account (@AMSAT) and AMSAT North America Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/7828379515/) for live updates.
If you have finished setting up your station to collect telemetry (remember that the downlink frequency is 145.880 MHz, if using an SDR, make sure you have set your LO frequency to cover Fox-1D's downlink), then please take a look at the following video explaining the PSLV-C40 mission. Fox-1D is featured prominently among the American satellites on the launch at 5:02 of the video https://www.isro.gov.in/pslv-c40-cartosat-2-series-

Live launch video will be available at https://www.isro.gov.in/pslv-c40-cartosat-2-series-
