[amsat-bb] Software to run a ts-200 and LVB

I am having a really hard time getting HRD to run with Windows 7 or Vista. Is there something else out there that will run the 200 and the LVB tracker? HRD was working real well til the last couple of updated but I'm ready to try something else.
