There are somewhere good
tracking programs or something, I mean GREAT! Like a tenth of a
degree accuracy GREAT!
Because a cousin of mine, made a movie of the scope moving along
the background stars.
The total field of view of his telescope was only 1/4 a degree,
and the Space scope was passing along right down the center of
the field of view. Way cool.

This "current" TLE set is actually the last TLE set for JWST that
was
published on December 28, 2021. It can only be used for tracking
JWST
when it was less than about 50000 km from Earth. TLEs and tracking
programs that use the SGP4/SDP4 model are useless for tracking
deep
space spacecraft that are more than about 50000 km from our
planet.
For deep space you need other types of parameters, like state
vectors,
and other programs, like GMAT.
But, as Joe indicated, several deep space spacecraft, such as
JWST, can
be tracked online using JPL's Horizons.

Use the NASA/JPL Horizons system to track JWST and other
objects that are not in a "normal" earth orbit. JWST is
essentially in solar orbit, perturbed by the Earth. TLE and
the underlying "simplified perturbations models" that are used
by GPredict and the like don't work for solar orbits.
