[AMSAT-BB] Inability to access ISS digi ---- I MADE IT

Good evening:

THANK YOU for all the responses.  After a few changes and allowing my mind to think out of my 85 years old box I made it.

Yes  -----  ARISS     is the "via"  I need.    And I finally recognized that what I send up  is NOT what the ISS sends back down.
