[AMSAT-BB] invite

Hello Robert

This year the symposium will be held in Dallas I think AMSAT should invite Bob Twiggs to be a keynote speaker. Bob now lives in Waco which is an easy drive to Dallas. In addition to asking him to speak it would be appropriate for our organization to recognized him for his contribution to our hobby and to the small sat community. Bob is having mobility issues and this might be the last time to attend our events. Please let me know your thoughts?
