I see a report on AMSAT status page, regarding  TEVEL-8 sat.

Please be aware that TEVEL-1,8 can not be active due to technical problems.

We are still trying to resolve the problem of TEVEL-8.

However, both sats are transmitting telemetry beacons every 20 seconds.
