Detailed doppler shift measurements show that CUSat is either object 39266 or object 39271. Object 39271 appears to be officially identified as the second stage of the Falcon rocket. If that is true then object 39266, 2013-055B, is CUSat.
On October 6 around 19:30 UTC I measured a pass of CUSat and found that the difference between CUSat and object 39266 was about 6 seconds, using the elements set with epoch 13277.72822065. Besides object 39271 no other objects were near CUSat.

I ran the Keps for all the objects. Space-Track shows something like 20, which is interesting. They are already widely dispersed, so given the low transmission rate, it might be better to wait a few days until at least some tentative identifications are made. I expect DK3WN is on the case. :)
