AO-85 is back in transponder mode and open for use with a few conditions. Please do not use the satellite while in eclipse. If the footprint of the satellite does not touch any part of the ground that is in daylight, the satellite is in eclipse. This will give us a little extra battery life, and extend the satellite's usable life. Please also do not "kerchunk" the satellite while in eclipse. I know this has been done to increase the number of telemetry packets received, but it is no longer acceptable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
