Object #99934 I believe it's actually labeled as AO-92 and is listed in nasabare.txt on the AMSAT site.

If it's 64 bit Win 7, then 64 bit Java will install. You need to install 32 bit Java also. Follow the Java link but look for the other versions link on the Java site, and install the same Java but 32 bit.
