Gerald,
I use the Comet CF-416C on several satellite setups. It works well as a diplexer (two antennas to one radio) and as a Mode-J filter to keep a 2 m transmitter from desensing a 70 cm receiver. See http://www.amsat.org/?page_id=2136 .

Any recommendations (favorites) for an antenna diplexer for V/U split?
For what antenna? I got the one that Arrow sells with their antenna. Works fine. I also have a Comet CF-4160J. Works great ... but I've never used it for satellite stuff (it connects a couple of middle-aged IsoPoles to an FT90R at N5UWY).
